Refund Policy – MySelect11
At MySelect11, we prioritize fairness and transparency in all transactions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any deposits.

1. No Refund on Deposits
Once a user makes a deposit on MySelect11, the amount is added to their wallet and can only be used to join contests. Deposited funds cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum Withdrawal: ?30
A user can withdraw their winnings only when their total eligible balance meets or exceeds ?30.

3. Withdrawal Process
• Users can withdraw only their winnings from contests.
• Deposited money (before participating in a contest) cannot be withdrawn.
• Once a withdrawal request is initiated, the amount will be credited to the user’s account within 5 to 30 minutes.

4. Failed Transactions & Refunds
If a deposit fails and the amount is deducted from the user’s bank but not credited to their MySelect11 account, the user must report the issue to our customer support team. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Any suspicious activity, multiple account usage, or violation of our terms may lead to account suspension without a refund.
